We have a 30 day refund policy. If you are not happy with the item you can return wit within 30 days after purchase!
Note! In order to avoid the hassle of a potential return, make sure to choose the right canvas print. I know that this sometimes is very difficult. But we can help you with that. Just send us a a picture of the wall you would like to hang the piece, and let us know which piece and size you are thinking about. Then we will photoshop the artpiece into your photo.

Returns:
In order to be entitled to a refund, certain aspects must be taken into account and certain conditions must be met:
- In order to successfully return your artwork, you will have to first of all contact us latest within 30 days after arrival of your order. Later arrivals will not be accepted. You can simply contact us via info@josimmerart.com
- Please contact us beforehand a return! Art-pieces returned to us without contacting us first, will not be accepted. So please make sure to contact us at info@josimmerart.com
- In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Due to the fact that we are a small shop, we unfortunately at this time cannot offer any form of shipping- or return label support. So, if your return is accepted, you will have to find a shipping company as well as pay for the return shipping on your own and send it to:

Once we have received the product and it is all good we will make the refund and you will receive a full refund for the product - but minus the delivery charge!
Please note, that your price for the return postage can be higher than the price that you paid to have the product shipped to you. That's because of our shipping conditions that may differ from the ones you will be able to get.
Damages and issues
Please make sure to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests for orders will be entertained within the first 24 hours following the order placement.
You may request a cancellation within the initial 24 hours after placing the order. If a cancellation request is made within this timeframe, the order will be canceled, and the payment will be refunded in full.
On the other hand, if a cancellation request is submitted 24 hours after the order placement, we will still process the cancellation; however, please be aware that the payment, or parts of the payment made for the order will be forfeited. This is due to the commencement of the production process, which incurs costs and resources.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to decide for a different art-piece after you´ve received your order, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Forfeiture of Payment:
If your package is returned to us due to repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts or other reasons beyond our control, and you choose not to pay the storage fee and additional shipping fee, your original payment for the order will be forfeited. We regret that we will not be able to provide a refund in this situation, as we have fulfilled our responsibilities to ship the product as per your initial order.
